The Power of Self-Talk

09/14/2025, 10:17:00 – Talking to yourself out loud....is a very efficient and very powerful way how to overcome and win over your negative self-talk, imposter, and "the bully" in your head.....

1. Talking to ourselves is normal.

2. We should be our best friend, our the most loyal cheerleader. Who else makes believing in ourselves  more believable than us?

3. If we struggle with ruminating, negative self-talk, imposter syndrom, self-depricating, etc. many times the only way and also the immediate help is right at your hand or better in your voice expressed out loud. You can stop the bully by a speaking up and turning your external voice into a positive and encouriging reality.
